“www.oludeniz-tours.com” web site is an electronic reservation/booking web site for all available tours and excursions in Fethiye and Oludeniz area.
All the information in the tours and excursions describes the general details of the activity. There may be changes or differences in “Pick up time”, “Drop Back time”, and “schedule of the program”, “visited areas” my be changed and replaced. Cancellation of tours and excursions, changes on the tour schedule according to weather conditions or technical problems will be reported before or on the tour and excursion date and “www.oludeniz-tours.com” does not accept responsibility for any of these changes or differences.
If any Tour or Excursions is cancelled for any reason by “www.oludeniz-tours.com” you will be informed as soon as possible by email or mobile phone which you provide us on the booking form. You can move your booking for next available tour.
Payments can be done in cash before or on the tour day. All prices includes VAT.
Please read all the details provided in the tours pages before placing a booking. Transfer details, times, durations, age limits, cancellation policy, prices in different currencies are all written in the tours pages. When you place a booking you also accept all these terms and conditions.
Please note that the prices are based on GBP. Our booking form is using an automated system to convert GBP based tour prices into Turkish Lira, US Dollars and Euro. The prices will be converted by the Turkish Governments National Banks' daily currencies "Merkez Bankası". When you select a currency on booking form, our system will visit the Merkez Bank's exchange rate page from www.tcmb.gov.tr and convert the total amount to required currency with current exchange rate. There will be no exchange fees.
All the information you give us by filling the booking form will be kept and not shared with any other company or 3rd person. We may use your email address for our email marketing to keep you updated about our changes, new tours and excursions and price offers.
